I was part of a 12 Pyrenees/Heeler pup litter that was dumped at a shelter. 6 of my siblings went to a no kill shelter, and 6 of us were tagged for rescue by the Heart of Leo. 3 of those siblings were adopted before we were transported, and 3 of us came to Colorado. 3 days after we were transported, the 6 of us came down with Parvovirus. 4 of us survived it!! Happy Dappy DOO!! His name fits his personality! Happy is most definitely HAPPY! He is a lover boy, and happy to go anywhere with you. We believe his puppyhood was spent on a chain and so when he gets excited he lunges, he is learning how to be a good boy about lunging, but still does it on occasion. He would be a great pet for a family with a teenage boy, he is strong, full of energy and he really aims to please! Can you find a place for him in your heart and home? Carbon, he is like a carbon copy of a pure bred Greyhound. The lines are fuzzy (long hair) but moves, prances, and dances as if he were pure blood. He is super sweet, and LOVES to run!!! He would be happy with a wide open field or lot to show off his speed! He runs like crazy, and then runs up to play with you with legs spread open to stop. Rain Storm was found on a cold lonely day, abandoned in the middle of nowhere. She is extremely happy to be with people to the point that she jumps around a lot. Rain Storm is learning, but is still very much a puppy. She loves to be outside and does fairly well with other dogs. She is looking for a furever home with people with out young children, and a gentle yet stronger hand. She looks as though she had been bit in the face, with a small scar on her forehead, and the bottom lid of one eye is slit. She is a beautiful baby just looking for bunches of attention!
